Hello, and I hope you are enjoying your wander around our family site.

As you know, because you clicked the name, I'm Roarke.

I guess in a business situation when someone says "who are you?" or "what do you do?", my answer is I'm a corporate and personal performance trainer and coach. This simply means that I help people and organisations get from where they are now to where they want or even need to be quicker than they can do it on their own. Without sounding too boring, that really is kinda what I am!

You'll see elsewhere on the site that as a family we hold our Christian beliefs very firmly in front of us and I guess everything I do fits into that model.

Some of you may know that I am also an actor which is another passion of mine and other than that, I guess my spare time is taken up with the four kids, the wife, home education and being a trustee of Education Otherwise.
